Cancellation Policy

In order to help us better serve you and all our customers, 24 hours notice is required if you decide to cancel your appointment. Service payments are due at the time of booking and non-refundable without a 24 hour notice. After 2 cancellations within 24 hours notice, clients will be required to prepay all service appointments.
